KELVIN PROT are those proteases that have a pH optimum that is within the range from about 1 to about 5.5 and preferably from 2.0 to 5.0. These proteases are manufactured by both fermentation and extraction process and are originated from plant, animal and microbial sources.

KELVIN PROT is acid stable protease of plant, animal and microbial origin. It is produced by submerged fermentation of Aspergillus spp. KELVIN PROT is produced using non GMO technology.
